About

The Well Baby Clinic provides care for infants and toddlers from birth to 2 years of age. The intention of the clinic is to monitor your infant’s growth and development, collaborate with your primary care provider and provide referrals to community programs and early intervention treatment services. At every visit, you and your child may see a Nurse, Dietitian, Social Worker, and Nurse Practitioner.

Topics Covered at Appointments

The following topics will be covered during your Well Baby appointments:

  • Physical and development milestones

  • Nutrition and activity level

  • Parent or caregiver's mood and coping skills

  • Support and education

Location & Hours

This service is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. Appointments occur Monday to Friday.
