This online virtual program is available to any individual experiencing chronic pain. The program includes the use of movement, mindfulness and relaxation strategies to support pain management. This program is provided by a Registered Social Worker/Registered Yoga Teacher/Certified Mindfulness Instructor. The program focuses on:

How to Register
This program is open to anyone in the North Simcoe Community. To register, please call 705-526-7804 x218. Please note: you will require a sturdy chair, internet connection, computer with webcam, and an email address (for session links). Remember to wear comfortable clothes and have water near by for hydration.
