The North Simcoe Family Health Team provides Telemedicine Services through the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). OTN is a secured network that uses two-way videoconferencing systems to connect you with health care members and specialists across Ontario. Your appointment with the specialist or health care member includes the assistance and support of a registered nurse. We provide a variety of services, including:

Psychiatry
Dermatology
Oncology
Endocrinology
Geriatrics
Neurology
Various other specialties and programs across Ontario

Location & Hours

This service is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. Appointments occur Monday to Friday.
