This online virtual program is centered on linking breath with mindful movements. Our program provides you with the benefits of a "typical yoga practice," while being supported by the use of a chair. Outcomes from the program include: improving posture, range of motion, strength and flexibility, and a reduction in stress and anxiety.

How to Register
This program is open to anyone in the North Simcoe Community. To register, please call 705-526-7804 x218. Please note: you will require a sturdy chair, internet connection, computer with webcam, and an email address (for session links).
