About

This service is intended to improve detection and self-management of respiratory health problems (e.g. breathlessness, COPD, asthma). Individuals are able to make regular appointments with a Certified Respiratory Educator to ensure that they are confident and capable of managing their condition and related symptoms. This programs provides:

Education on asthma
Education on COPD
Pulmonary Rehab for patients living with COPD

Location & Hours

This service is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. Individual appointments occur Monday to Friday.

This service is open to anyone in the North Simcoe Community. To register, please call 705-526-7804 x216.
