SINGLE SESSION COUNSELLING

About

Our single session counselling service offers a one-time appointment with a registered clinician focused on ONE concern you currently have. During this appointment you will develop a plan to best meet your immediate needs.

You are the best person to determine when counselling may be helpful to you. Self-referrals are always accepted. To make the most of your appointment please consider what your goal will be for the session prior to your appointment.

Please be advised we are NOT a crisis service. If you feel you are in crisis please call the 24-hour Mental Health crisis line 9-8-8, or go to your local hospital Emergency Department.

Location & Hours

This service is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. Appointments occur Monday to Friday. You must register for an appointment, this is not a walk-in clinic. Our team offers appointments in-person, virtually or by telephone.
