North Simcoe OHT Navigation Phone Line
Help is Just a Call Away: North Simcoe OHT Introduces Navigation Phone Line for Residents 55+
Navigating local health and social care options can be confusing. To make this process easier, the North Simcoe Ontario Health Team (OHT) has launched a local Navigation Phone Line, designed to assist residents who are 55+ navigate local health and social care services available in our community.
Here’s how it works:
Simply dial 1-844-806-3093 to connect with the OHT Navigation Line. Once connected, a dedicated navigator will provide personalized support and a warm transfer when needed, linking you to the most relevant local health and social services based on your unique needs.
The OHT Navigation Line operates from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday, including statutory holidays within this timeframe. For those reaching out beyond these hours, voicemail is available. Callers can leave a message, and a return call will be made within 24-48 business hours. Alternatively, callers have the option to be transferred to either 811 or 211 for immediate assistance.
Key benefits of the OHT Navigation Line include:
Connect with a friendly navigator for support and warm transfers to local health and social services
