CONVERSATION MAP: JUST THE BASICS TO HEALTHY EATING

About

This virtual program is for anyone at risk of or living with diabetes, looking to learn about how to prevent their risk of developing diabetes, delay the progression of diabetes, or improve their current blood sugar control. This small group is led by a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator in a relaxed environment, who will help explore diabetes and nutrition. Topics covered may include - what are carbohydrates, how to read nutrition labels, how food impacts blood sugar and overall health, and setting goals to build healthy habits. Participants help decide the direction and topics of this class based on the interests of the group!

Location & Hours

This is an online virtual program. This program runs the second Tuesday of each month from 2:00-3:30pm.
