Our child and youth mental health counselling is committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care for children, adolescents, and their families. The emphasis is on education, prevention, and early intervention of mental health issues.

It's important to note that 70% of mental health concerns have an onset in childhood or adolescence. Early intervention is the key to positive mental health! Our team can provide the following:

• A registered social worker is available to provide individual and family assessments

• Brief individual and family therapy

• Facilitation of referrals to community partners

• Collaboration with many psychiatric services both in-person or via the Ontario Telemedicine Network

• Please note: skill building groups are offered as participation numbers permit
