About

Registered Mental Health Clinicians provide an assessment and short-term counselling. The Clinician and patient work together to develop goals for treatment. This service helps individuals and families manage a variety of issues such as:

Depression, anxiety, adjustment and/or stress
Grief and loss
Relationship issues

Patients work with their Clinician for approximately 6 sessions. Dependent on individual needs, a referral to community services or a psychiatric consultation may be facilitated.

Location & Hours

This service is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. Appointments occur Monday to Friday. Our team offers appointments in-person, virtually or by telephone.
