The North Simcoe Family Health Team has partnered with the Virtual Family Physician Network to provide access for area residents who do not have a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner. These appointments occur using telemedicine equipment. A nurse is available to assist the physician during the medical visit. The technology used is confidential and secure. The Family Health Team is providing the space and onsite support for this service. The relationship between you and the physician is completely unique to you.
