About

This three hour class focuses on getting parents ready for recognizing the needs of having a baby. Topics covered in this class include:

The newborn period
Baby’'s sleep needs
Keeping baby clean
Breastfeeding and formula feeding
Baby blues and postpartum depression

Location & Hours

This class is located at the North Simcoe Family Health Team's main office at 619 Prospect Blvd., Suite 3, in Midland. It is offered every three months from 1:00 to 4:0opm. Contact us for class session dates.

How to Register

This program is open for free to anyone in the North Simcoe Community. Classes are limited to 5 couples per class. It is most ideal to take the class when you are 30-34 weeks pregnant. To register, please call 705-526-7804 x203.
